Obverse description Diademed and draped bust of Otacilia Severa facing right, rendered in the provincial style typical of Phrygian civic coinage of the mid-third century AD. The empress is depicted with her characteristic elaborate coiffure, secured by a diadem, and wearing a draped garment visible at the shoulder and chest. The effigy occupies the central field, with the abbreviated Greek legend distributed around the periphery. The portraiture, while somewhat worn, retains the stylized facial features associated with Severan-era provincial issues.
