Beschrijving voorzijde	Diademed and draped bust of Empress Tranquillina facing right, rendered in the provincial style typical of Bithynian coinage under Gordian III. The effigy displays a stephane or diadem adorning the hair, with the imperial drapery visible at the truncation. The encircling Greek legend reads ϹΑΒΕΙ ΤΡΑΝΚΥΛΛΕΙΝΑ, identifying the empress Sabinia Tranquillina, distributed around the bust within the field.

Beschrijving keerzijde	Full-length figure of Sarapis standing to the left, robed in long drapery, raising his right hand in a gesture of benediction and holding a tall sceptre in his left hand. The syncretic Egyptian deity is depicted in the Hellenistic tradition, wearing the characteristic modius (kalathos) atop his head. The ethnic legend ΝΙΚΑΙΕΩΝ is disposed around the figure in the field, attributing the issue to the city of Nicaea.
