Reverse description Standing figures of Hygieia and Asclepius facing one another in a confronted composition. Hygieia stands at left, draped, facing right, holding a serpent. Asclepius stands at right, facing left, his head turned toward Hygieia, holding his serpent-entwined staff (kerykeion) in his right hand. The reverse legend, naming the magistrate Asclepiades and the city of Bagis, runs around the field.
