Obverse description Laureate head of Emperor Antoninus Pius facing right, with draped shoulder visible at truncation. The imperial effigy is rendered in the characteristic Alexandrian provincial style, with the laurel wreath clearly indicated atop the emperor's head. The Greek legend is disposed around the periphery of the flan, partially visible despite the worn surfaces. The coin shows the typical irregular flan shape common to Alexandrian bronze coinage of this period.
