| Obverse description | Laureate bust of Antoninus Pius facing right, with draped shoulder visible. The imperial effigy is rendered in the conventional Roman provincial style, with the laurel wreath clearly indicated. The encircling Greek legend runs along the periphery of the flan. The coin exhibits the somewhat irregular fabric typical of provincial bronze issues struck at Epidaurus during the Antonine period. |
