| Obverse description | Radiate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Valerian II (Caesar) facing right, rendered in the provincial style characteristic of Bithynian civic coinage of the mid-third century AD. The radiate crown is clearly delineated with outward-pointing rays, and the paludamentum is visible over the cuirass.
