Obverse description Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Volusian facing right, portrayed from the rear in the characteristic provincial style. The emperor's radiate or laureate crown is rendered with visible detail despite significant surface wear. The paludamentum and cuirass are discernible on the truncation.
