| Obverse description | Veiled and draped bust of Tyche facing left, wearing a turreted or mural crown, rendered in the provincial Greek style typical of the Lydian conventus. The legend ΜΑΙΟΝΙΑ arcs around the bust within a beaded border. The drapery is rendered with stylized folds characteristic of Asia Minor civic coinage of the mid-third century AD. |
