| Obverse description | Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Emperor Severus Alexander facing right, seen from the rear, presenting a three-quarter rear view typical of provincial coinage of the Severan period. The imperial effigy is rendered with characteristic provincial workshop detail, the paludamentum draped over the cuirass.
