Obverse description Draped bust of Julia Mamaea facing right, her hair elaborately waved and coiled at the nape, typical of Severan imperial portraiture. The effigy is rendered in moderate relief with visible drapery folds at the truncation. A circular Greek legend surrounds the bust in the field. The coin shows characteristic green patination consistent with provincial bronze coinage of Asia Minor.

Reverse description Homonoia, the personification of civic concord, stands facing with head turned to the left. She holds a cornucopia in her left arm, symbol of abundance, and extends a patera in her right hand over a lighted altar at her side. The figure is rendered in the standard provincial style of Mysian civic coinage, with the ethnic legend of Lampsacus encircling the type in the field.
