| Beschrijving keerzijde | Tyche standing left in long chiton and himation, holding a rudder resting on a globe in her right hand and a cornucopia in her left arm, emblematic of fortune and prosperity. The figure is rendered in a formal, frontal provincial style typical of Lydian civic coinage of the Severan period. The reverse field carries the civic and magistrate legend distributed on either side of the standing figure. The globus beneath the rudder alludes to universal dominion, a common motif in provincial Tyche iconography. |
