Obverse description Bare-headed, draped bust of Geta as Caesar facing right, depicted from the rear, with curly hair rendered in fine relief. The legend surrounds the effigy in Greek characters, partially preserved around the periphery of the flan. The portrait exhibits the youthful features characteristic of Geta's early coinage, with drapery visible at the truncation. The coin's irregular flan results in partial loss of the surrounding legend.

Reverse description A calf standing right in profile, rendered in sturdy relief upon a ground line, with its head turned back to face the viewer. The figure is boldly modelled in the provincial style characteristic of Mysian civic coinage. The ethnic legend of the Cyzicenes appears in Greek below the ground line, with remnants of the inscription visible around the lower portion of the flan. A dotted border is partially preserved on the right side of the coin.
