| Obverse description | Draped, veiled, and stephane bust of Boule facing right, rendered in the typical personification style of the Severan-era civic coinage of Asia Minor. The bust displays a laureate wreath or stephane atop the veil, with drapery visible at the shoulder. The obverse legend ΙΕΡΑ ΒΟΥΛΗ ('Sacred Council') encircles the effigy, identifying this as a civic issue struck in the name of the municipal council of Blaundus.
