| Opis rewersu | The Agathodaemon serpent depicted erect and rearing to the right, crowned with the double Egyptian skhent crown, its coils enfolding a caduceus and a club surmounted by a hawk. This syncretic deity, blending Greek and Egyptian religious iconography, was the tutelary spirit of Alexandria and a recurring type on Alexandrian bronze coinage. The regnal year numeral L [Κ (year 20) appears in the field, corresponding to the twentieth year of Antoninus Pius.
