Obverse description Draped bust of Tyche facing right, wearing a turreted mural crown, her hair arranged in wavy locks beneath the crown. A vexillum (military standard) is depicted behind her in the left field. The encircling Latin legend appears divided around the bust, partially preserved on this specimen. The overall style is characteristic of provincial bronze coinage struck at Alexandria Troas during the joint reign of Valerian and Gallienus.
