Reverse description Asclepius, the god of medicine, depicted standing facing, his body turned slightly with weight resting on his right arm, which leans upon a tall serpent-entwined staff (kerykeion). The figure is lightly draped in a himation falling about the lower body, rendered in a simplified provincial style. The ethnic legend of the issuing city encircles the type in the field. The reverse field is plain and the coin is struck on an irregular flan with a beaded border visible at the periphery.
