Reverse description Tyche, the tutelary goddess of the city, stands facing left in full figure, rendered in the draped provincial style typical of Phrygian civic bronzes. In her right hand she holds a ship's rudder resting on the ground, symbolising fortune and guidance, while her left arm cradles a cornucopia overflowing with fruit, emblematic of abundance. The encircling Greek legend identifies the issuing civic authority. The flan is irregular and the die work reflects local provincial craftsmanship of the Severan period.
