The Greek civic legend ΠΡΟΥϹΙΕΩΝ ΠΡΟϹ ΥΠΙΩ is distributed around the figure in the field. The reverse fabric is characteristic of provincial Bithynian bronze coinage of the Severan period, with a flat, somewhat irregular flan. |
