| Obverse description | Laureate bust of Emperor Hadrian facing right, draped with paludamentum over the left shoulder. The effigy displays the characteristic Hadrianic beard and idealized imperial portraiture. The surrounding legend identifies the emperor with the epithet 'Ktistes' (Founder), a title reflecting Hadrian's renowned civic benefactions throughout the Greek world.
