Beschrijving voorzijde	Draped bust of Empress Tranquillina, diademed, facing right, her hair elaborately coiffed in layered waves and gathered at the nape. The effigy is rendered in the provincial Roman style characteristic of Bithynian civic coinage of the mid-3rd century AD. The circular legend surrounds the bust within a beaded border.

Beschrijving keerzijde	A serpent coiled sinuously around the shaft of a tall tripod, its head rising toward the bowl at the top, rendered in the Apolline tradition associated with oracular and healing cults. The tripod, a canonical symbol of the sanctuary of Apollo, stands prominently in the centre of the field, with the encircling ethnic legend distributed around the periphery within a beaded border.
