Obverse description Confronted busts of Domitian and Domitia: the laureate head of Domitian faces right, juxtaposed against the draped bust of Domitia facing left, the two effigies placed vis-à-vis at center. The encircling Greek legend names both imperial figures in the nominative. The composition reflects the dynastic pairing type common to Flavian-era provincial coinage of Ionia.
