Obverse description Laureate head of Emperor Trajan facing right, rendered in high relief with characteristic short hair beneath the laurel wreath. The imperial effigy displays a strong, slightly bearded profile typical of Trajanic portraiture. The circular legend ΑΥΤΟ ΚΑΙϹΑΡ ΤΡΑΙΑΝΟϹ runs around the periphery of the flan, partially visible in the field. The coin exhibits a dark brown patina with areas of green encrustation consistent with ancient bronze coinage of the period.
