Obverse description Laureate and draped bust of Severus Alexander facing right, rendered in a youthful provincial style characteristic of the Mysia mint at Parium. The emperor's effigy displays carefully incised curls beneath the laurel wreath, with visible drapery at the shoulder. The encircling legend runs clockwise around the periphery of the flan, partially obscured by the irregular edge. The portrait reflects the typical workmanship of the Conventus of Adramyteum, combining Roman imperial iconography with local engraving traditions.
