Obverse description Draped bust of Empress Sabina facing right, rendered in the provincial style typical of Ionian civic coinage under Hadrian. The portrait shows the empress with elaborately coiffed hair and drapery visible at the truncation. The encircling Greek legend names her as Augusta, framing the effigy around the periphery of the flan.
