| Reverse description | Frontal cult statue of Artemis Ephesia standing rigidly erect in the characteristic xoanon posture, adorned with multiple rows of breast-like protuberances, the lower body encased in a tight sheath decorated with relief figures. The statue is flanked on either side by a stag, and lateral supports are visible at the arms. The surrounding Greek legend, distributed around the coin's periphery, names the local archon Sosthenes and identifies the issuing community of Tiberiopolis. |
