Obverse description Laureate and cuirassed bust of the emperor Hadrian facing right, rendered in the provincial style typical of Pontic civic coinage. The effigy displays a radiate or laurel wreath crown above the imperial features, with the cuirass indicated by incised detailing at the shoulder. A partial Latin legend runs along the upper periphery of the flan, partially off-flan due to the irregular planchet. The portrait is bold in relief despite the heavy patination and surface wear characteristic of a circulated provincial bronze.
