| Obverse description | Draped bust of Kore Soteira facing right, her head adorned with a corn wreath, the portrait assimilated to that of Faustina II. The effigy is rendered in the provincial Greek style characteristic of Mysia under the Antonine dynasty. The legend ΚοΡΗ ϹΩΤΕΙΡΑ appears in the field, identifying the deity as Kore the Saviour, a goddess of particular cultic importance at Cyzicus. A beaded border frames the design. |

| Reverse description | A kithara (lyre) depicted facing, with multiple strings stretched between the curved arms and a crossbar, rendered in fine relief typical of Cyzicene civic bronze coinage. The instrument is centrally positioned within the field, symbolising Apollo and the city's cultural and religious associations. The ethnic legend ΚΥΖΙΚΗΝΩΝ is inscribed along the right side of the field in a vertical or curved arrangement. A beaded border surrounds the entire design. |
