| Obverse description | Jugate bare heads of Germanicus and Drusus facing one another in confronted portrait format, both depicted as youthful princes without diadem or laurel. The two effigies are rendered in a characteristic Julio-Claudian provincial style, with the Greek legend ΓΕΡΜΑΝΙΚΟΣ ΔΡΟΥΣΟΣ ΦΙΛΑΔΕΛΦΟΙ ('Germanicus and Drusus, the Brother-Lovers') arranged around the periphery of the field.
