| Obverse description | Draped bust of the Emperor Nero facing right, portrayed in the early imperial style typical of the Julio-Claudian period. The effigy displays youthful features with short hair rendered in low relief. The encircling Greek legend reads ΝΕΡΩΝ ΚΑΙΣΑΡ around the bust. The flan is slightly irregular, consistent with provincial bronze coinage of Asia Minor. |
