| Obverse description | Youthful laureate bust of Commodus facing right, with bare neck and shoulders visible. The portrait depicts the emperor in his early co-reign period, rendered in the provincial Greek style typical of Achaean civic coinage. The obverse legend encircles the bust, partially legible due to wear, reading ΑΥΤ ΚΑΙ Λ ΑΥΡ ΚΟΜΟΔΟϹ, identifying him as Emperor Caesar Lucius Aurelius Commodus. The flan is slightly irregular, with some surface encrustation obscuring portions of the legend. |

| Reverse description | Eileithuia, the Greek goddess of childbirth, depicted standing to the left, wearing a kalathos (basket-shaped headdress). She holds two torches, one raised upward in her left hand and the other lowered in her right hand, a characteristic iconographic pose associated with her divine function. The figure is rendered in the typical provincial style of Achaean civic bronzes from the Antonine period. The encircling ethnic legend ΑΙΓΙΕωΝ identifies the issuing city of Aegium in Achaea. The reverse field shows moderate wear consistent with circulation. |
