Obverse description Draped bust of Faustina II facing right, her hair elaborately coiffed and drawn back in the characteristic Antonine fashion. The empress is depicted with a modest drapery over the shoulder, rendered in the provincial Greek style typical of Mysian civic coinage. The Greek legend ΦΑΥϹΤΙΝΑ ϹΕΒΑϹΤ (Faustina Augusta) is disposed around the bust in the field.
