Obverse description Draped bust of Livia (assimilated to a deity) facing right, her elaborately coiffed hair arranged in ridged waves and drawn back, with a stephane or diadem crowning the head. The portrait is rendered in the Julio-Claudian classicising style, with fine facial features and a graceful neckline. The field to the right is largely blank, and the flan shows a characteristic irregular edge with a small flan crack visible at the left. No obverse legend is present.
