Obverse description Laureate bust of Emperor Hadrian facing right, with drapery visible on the left shoulder. The effigy displays the emperor's characteristic curly hair and short beard rendered in the Hellenistic provincial style. The circular Greek legend surrounds the portrait in the field. The flan is irregular and the strike somewhat weak, consistent with provincial bronze coinage of the period.
