| Obverse description | Laureate bust of Emperor Hadrian facing right, with drapery visible on the left shoulder, rendered in the provincial Alexandrian style. The effigy displays characteristic curled hair beneath the laurel wreath, with a slightly bearded portrait consistent with Hadrianic iconography. The Greek imperial legend surrounds the bust along the periphery of the flan. The die work exhibits the robust, slightly stylized relief typical of Alexandrian bronze coinage of the early 2nd century AD. The flan is irregular with a dotted border partially visible. |
