The style is consistent with the local die-cutting tradition of the Pergamum mint under the Conventus Pergami. |

| 背面描述 | Asclepius, the god of medicine and healing, depicted standing facing, his weight shifted slightly in a contrapposto stance. He holds his distinctive attribute, the knotted serpent-staff (the asklepios), in his right hand, with the coiling serpent wound about the staff. The figure is rendered in the Hellenistic tradition favoured by Pergamene civic issues, reflecting the city's strong association with the cult of Asclepius and the famous Asclepion sanctuary. The ethnic legend ΠΕΡΓΑΜΗΝΩΝ is disposed around the reverse field. |
