| Obverse description | Laureate head of Emperor Domitian facing right, with finely rendered hair and draped shoulder visible at truncation. The portrait exhibits the characteristic imperial bust style of the Flavian period, with a bold profile and strong facial features. The Greek legend encircles the effigy along the periphery of the flan, reading ΔΟΜΙΤΙΑΝΟϹ ΚΑΙ ϹΕ ΓΕΡΜΑΝΙΚΟϹ. The die work is typical of a provincial mint in the Conventus of Pergamum, with slightly irregular strike on a round but uneven flan. |
