| 裏面の説明 | Standing figure of Hygieia, goddess of health, depicted full-length facing left in the centre of the field, wearing a chiton and polos headdress. She extends her right hand forward, holding a patera from which she feeds a large serpent that coils upward from her left arm. The composition follows the standard Hellenistic typology for Hygieia and is rendered in competent provincial die work. The two-line Greek legend is distributed around the periphery of the reverse field. |
