| Obverse description | Laureate head of Titus facing right, rendered in the provincial style characteristic of Bithynian civic coinage of the Flavian period. The portrait displays the emperor's effigy with a laurel wreath, the neck truncation visible at the lower edge. A Greek legend surrounds the portrait in the field, identifying the subject as Augustus's son and Caesar. The flan is irregular and the surfaces show typical patination associated with hammered bronze provincial issues. |
