| Obverse description | Laureate head of Emperor Trajan facing right, with finely rendered laurel wreath and slight drapery visible at the truncation. The portrait displays the characteristic features of Trajanic imperial coinage from the Alexandrian mint, rendered in a provincial style. A partial Greek legend runs along the periphery of the irregular flan. The dotted border is visible along the coin's edge. |
