The figure is rendered in a rigid, columnar style consistent with provincial Phrygian bronzes. The ethnic legend ϹΕΙΒΛΙΑΝΩΝ is disposed around the figure in the field, identifying the issuing community of Siblia. The coin surface shows a patina of green and brown encrustation consistent with long burial. |
