Reverse description A draped female deity or personification standing facing, head turned slightly, wearing a polos or torch-crowned headdress, depicted in full figure within the coin field. She holds attributes in each hand, consistent with a representation of Demeter or a local Anatolian divinity venerated at Magnesia ad Sipylum. The Greek civic legend is distributed around the periphery of the reverse field, with the figure resting on a ground line suggested by a dotted exergual border.
