Obverse description Draped bust of Faustina II facing right, rendered in the provincial style typical of Mysian civic coinage of the Antonine period. The empress is depicted with her characteristic coiffure, hair arranged in waves and gathered at the nape. The Greek legend ΦΑΥϹΤΕΙΝΑ ϹΕΒΑϹΤ surrounds the bust. The coin shows green patination and bears a later suspension hole pierced at the top, indicating secondary use as a pendant or amulet.
