| Reverse description | Central design comprising an eight-rayed star set within a crescent moon, the horns of the crescent pointing upward, conveying a celestial or astral symbolism associated with the deified Antinous. The star is rendered with a central pellet and eight straight rays of equal length radiating outward. The ethnic legend ΝΕΙΚΟΠΟΛΕωϹ is inscribed along the upper arc of the field, identifying the issuing city of Nicopolis.
