Obverse description Draped bust of Herennia Etruscilla, diademed, facing right, with elaborate coiffure. The effigy is rendered in the provincial style typical of Bithynian civic coinage of the mid-third century AD. The Greek legend surrounds the bust, identifying the empress as Augusta. A dotted border frames the field.

Reverse description Three military standards set side by side on a low base: the central standard bears a vexillum decorated with horizontal bands and is surmounted by an eagle with spread wings, while the flanking standards each carry multiple phalerae (discs) and are topped with finials. The inscription ΝΙΚΑΙΕΩΝ appears across the lower field between the standards. A dotted border surrounds the entire design, consistent with civic bronze coinage of Nicaea in Bithynia.
