| Reverse description | A stag advancing to the right, rendered in a naturalistic provincial style with head raised and legs in full stride. The ethnic legend ΑΚΡΑϹΙΩΤΩΝ curves around the design in the fields, identifying the issuing civic authority of Acrasus. A ground line is indicated below the animal, and the composition fills the flan with confident, if somewhat rustic, engraving characteristic of the Pergamene conventus mint output. |

| Additional information |
Acrasus was a minor Lydian city of negligible political weight, and its bronze coinage under Septimius Severus reflects exactly that — small module, thin flans, and a civic mint operating at the margins of the Pergamene conventus. The city's output during this reign is sparsely documented, with very few die studies completed and most specimens appearing only in regional Turkish collections or obscure auction lots.
RPC Online lists Acrasian bronzes from this period among the least systematically catalogued of all Lydian civic issues.
