| Obverse description | Laureate bust of Emperor Hadrian facing right, with drapery visible on the left shoulder, rendered in the Alexandrian provincial style. The effigy displays the emperor's characteristic short beard and curly hair beneath the laurel wreath. The surrounding Greek legend is disposed around the bust within the coin's border. The flan is irregular and the surfaces show heavy patination consistent with provincial bronze coinage of the early second century AD. |
