| Obverse description | Laureate and cuirassed bust of Emperor Hadrian facing right, rendered in the provincial style typical of the Mysian mint at Parium. The effigy displays the emperor's characteristic short beard and laureate wreath, with visible paludamentum or cuirass detailing at the shoulder. The Latin legend runs around the periphery of the flan, partially visible despite surface wear. The portrait occupies the majority of the coin's field, reflecting the standard honorific representation of the emperor on colonial provincial coinage. |
