| Obverse description | Laureate and draped bust of the Demos facing right, rendered in the provincial Greek style typical of the Conventus of Sardis. The bust displays a wreath of laurel leaves framing the idealized male head, with drapery visible at the truncation of the shoulder. The Greek legend ΔΗΜΟϹ appears in the field, identifying the personification of the civic populace of Aezani. A beaded border encircles the design. |

| Reverse description | Hygieia, goddess of health, standing facing right in long draped robes, extending her right hand to feed a large serpent coiling upward from the ground before her, while holding a patera in the same hand. The composition follows the standard Hygieia type widely employed on provincial bronzes of Asia Minor during the Severan period. The ethnic legend ΑΙΖΑΝΕΙΤΩΝ is disposed around the field. A beaded border encircles the type. |
