Reverse description Hygieia, goddess of health, standing facing right in long draped robes, extending her right hand to feed a large serpent coiling upward from the ground before her, while holding a patera in the same hand. The composition follows the standard Hygieia type widely employed on provincial bronzes of Asia Minor during the Severan period. The ethnic legend ΑΙΖΑΝΕΙΤΩΝ is disposed around the field. A beaded border encircles the type.
