| Obverse description | Laureate head of the emperor Tiberius facing right, rendered in the provincial Greek style typical of Phrygian civic coinage. The portrait displays the characteristic features of Tiberian imperial iconography, with the laurel wreath clearly indicated. The encircling legend in Greek runs around the periphery of the flan, which is slightly irregular as is common for hammered provincial bronzes of this period. |
