Obverse description Laureate head of the emperor Severus Alexander facing right, with naturalistic portrait features typical of Severan-era provincial coinage. The bust is draped, rendered in low relief, and surrounded by a partial circular legend in Greek characters. The flan is irregular and slightly undersized, characteristic of Phrygian civic bronze issues of the period.

Reverse description Eagle standing right with head turned to the left, wings spread in a heraldic display, occupying the central field. The design is bold and typical of Phrygian provincial civic bronzes, with the eagle serving as a symbol of imperial authority. A circular Greek legend surrounds the type, naming the city of Philomelium and the presiding magistrate Paulos. The flan is worn and irregular, consistent with the small provincial Æ16 denomination.
